Daisey Dowell

Dr. Daisey Dowell specializes in Pediatrics for Lawndale Christian Health Center on Chicago's Westside. In addition to serving as a domestic medical missionary at Lawndale, she also serves as a foreign medical missionary to Haiti as part of El Shaddai Ministry’s, “Haiti Orphan Project” -- where she serves along with other medical and nonmedical personnel to bring medical care along with the Gospel, to orphanages and their surrounding communities in the more remote areas of Haiti. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Ibi People’s Clinic in Nigeria, Africa, she has been actively involved in the development and building of a clinic for their village. She was a Chicago Public School teacher for several years before entering medical school. God opened the door for her to become a physician 20 years after He called her to minister through medicine.

Natalie King

Dr. King is a family physician who works in Ohio at Compassion Health Toledo which provides Christ-centered, affordable, and quality healthcare to those who need it the most. Prior to working at this clinic, she worked at Dayspring Family Health Center, in rural Appalachia. She went to medical school at the University of Toledo and residency in Memphis. She has traveled to Madagascar, Cameroon, Nepal, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Peru, and India for medical mission work; however, she feels her most significant work has been right here, within the communities where she has been planted.

Ben McKinney

Dr. McKinney currently lives in South Dallas and works at an inner city clinic in the south side of Dallas called City Square Health Services Clinic.

Dr. McKinney graduated from Baylor University and the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He completed residency in Memphis, Tennessee at Resurrection Health Family Medicine Residency.

Dr. McKinney and his wife have two young daughters. Ben was radically transformed by the Grace of God prior to entering medical school and began to slowly understand God’s heart for the entire world, for His name to be made much of, and his unique love for the orphan, widow, sojourner and poor, as well as the pharisee.

He quickly learned how medicine can be used to proclaim and demonstrate the gospel and show the love of Christ to these populations.

Matt Rafalski

Dr. Rafalski serves as Associate Chief Medical Information Officer at Heart of Texas Community Health Center, in Waco Texas. Dr. Rafalski is a family physician who has been in practice for 18 years.

A graduate of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, he completed his Family Medicine residency at East Tennessee State University – Bristol. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Clinical Informatics, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. His experiences include full spectrum family medicine from obstetrics to geriatric/nursing home care, group and solo practice, and teaching and lecturing. For 14 years, he worked at Dayspring Family Health Center in the heart of rural Appalachia. He served as physician as well as Clinical IT director at Dayspring.

At the Heart of Texas Community Health Center, he is responsible for Quality Improvement, Workflow, Regulatory Reporting (MU, UDS, MIPS, ACO), and PCMH recertification. Matt is an EPIC certified Physician Builder. His IT interests include Patient – Physician relationship & communication while using EHR, Clinical Decision Support Strategies/Development, and QI/PI. He and his wife are the parents of 5 children and currently resides in Waco, TX.
